As a social media manager or a DIY social media gal, you know you can’t get more time in your day, so how do you fit it all in?
Through trial and error, I’ve found a plan that helps me, and I know it will help you too.
Make sure everything runs smoothly by giving specific tasks a designated time slot.
01 / During the first week of the month: Prioritize client meetings and dedicate time to creating reel audio calendars (a list of reel ideas, links, and scripts custom to each client).
02 / The last week: Finalize content edits and schedules, and generate data analytic reports. (I love using Later to schedule everything!)
Who doesn’t love an organized and efficient day?!
In a recent read, “Atomic Habits“(highly recommend!), I learned about how little decisions throughout your day can drain your energy.
From deciding on what you’re eating or what order you’re doing your tasks all the way to what you’re going to wear in the morning, these little things add up and can take away from a better use of your mental energy.
To combat this, create systems for the smallest tasks.
Ex: Picking out my outfit the night before and meal prepping on weekends
Another time-saving hack: embrace AUTOMATION.
You can:
Biggest life hack: outsource to others so they can work in their zone of genius, and you can work in yours!
This way, you’ll have more time to focus on strategy, deliver exceptional client results, and achieve a better work-life balance.
Mastering these things will take time, so you must see what does and doesn’t work for you.
