So, what’s actually working for agencies making consistent $25K+ months? Let’s dive into the strategies you might be missing and how to implement them to move the needle for your business.

1. Find Your Business Bestie

We’re talking about a real business partner here, not someone who just pats you on the back and tells you how great you are (we all need that from time to time, but that’s not what’s going to push you forward). A true business bestie is someone who will challenge you, call you out on your BS, and point out your blind spots.

This kind of accountability will make you squirm—trust me, it works. You need someone who won’t let you play small. So, whether it’s a fellow entrepreneur, a mentor, or someone in your mastermind group, find your person who’s willing to be real with you and help you grow.

  • Think about the people in your circle. Who challenges you to think bigger?
  • If no one comes to mind, it’s time to seek out someone who can push you out of your comfort zone.

2. CEO Time Blocks

How often do you find yourself getting caught up in the day-to-day grind of your business? Answering emails, dealing with client requests, handling social media posts… it’s easy to get sucked into working IN your business, but what about working ON your business?

This is where CEO time blocks come in. It’s all about carving out specific, uninterrupted time in your day to focus solely on growing your business. No distractions. Just you, your vision, and the strategies that’ll take your business to the next level.

  • Schedule 1-2 hours a few times a week, completely dedicated to big-picture tasks.
